[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Our goal with the One-Year Usul-u-Din Intensive is to make this programme accessible to all and for this reason, we aim to keep the costs of the programme to a minimum. By the grace of Allah, we receive generous donations and have an incredible team of community volunteers that help sustain our operation. If you would like to attend, but unable to gather the necessary funding, you may request Bursary/Financial Aid in your application (See Applications Page).

Annual tuition for the 1-Year Usul-ud-Din Intensive is ZAR 36,000.

Upon acceptance into the programme, a down payment of ZAR 1,000 towards the tuition fees is required to reserve your spot.

A once-off payment for the full fees can be made upon acceptance or:

Monthly installments over 10 months = ZAR 3,600 each

Quarterly (4 installments) every 3 months = ZAR 9,000 each

Textbooks:  Most books are available for free on PDF files.

Hard copies will also be made available for purchase, for those interested.

Student Housing: Student residence is privately owned and operated, independently of the Madina Institute. Each location has its own rates and policies. Madina Institute will facilitate living accommodations for international students. As for South African students, we will put you in direct touch with the proper references to find out your options and rates.

Bursaries/Financial Aid (partial & full) is available for deserving students who qualify. Apply today by filling in the appropriate details on our application form:

Our policies & conditions regarding fees:

An Application Fee of ZAR 250 (non-refundable) must accompany the application form (to be paid by cash or EFT).

A ZAR 1,000 Tuition Deposit is also due upon acceptance to reserve your spot in the programme.

Regarding monthly installments: Fees for the first month (January) are due by January 7th, and full fees for each following month are due on the 7th day of that month, unless a written notice of withdrawal has been given by the student, or (if a minor) by their parent or guardian, to the Institute no later than Noon on the first day of the previous term.

Full term fees are payable in the event of withdrawal between the date of acceptance and the beginning of the next term of the year, unless there are, in the opinion of the directors, unusual circumstances.

No reports and related documentation will be issued to students who have not settled their accounts with the Institute.

The Registrar has the right to do an assessment within 3-6 months of the student in terms of his/her ability to cope with the demands of the learning process at the Institute. Should any learner, for whatever reason, be found unable to cope, then the Registrar of the Madina Institute shall, without prejudice, ask the learner to leave the Institute voluntarily.

An applicant may specify if any special arrangements need to be made regarding fees or their education, which our administration, at their discretion, will consider and make all reasonable efforts to accommodate those needs.

Payments can be made via EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) or Direct Deposit.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
