Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students: We are delighted to announce that Madina Institute is organizing a Leadership Camp in the culturally rich city of Istanbul, Turkey! This program is tailored for high-achieving boys and girls from around the globe, ages 12-18 years.

Admission into the program is dependent on: academic performance, community service, history of volunteering, and experience in leadership tasks.

Steps in the application process:

Step One: Students are required to complete the application form and submit the non-refundable application fee by 30 April 2024. All necessary documentation mentioned in the form must be attached to the form.

Step Two: All applications will be carefully reviewed by the administration. All qualifying candidates will be contacted for a Zoom interview by the Madina Institute Global team during the month of April.

Successful applicants will be informed if they are accepted into the program by 15 May 2024.

Step Three: The accepted candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $250 (USD) to reserve their spot in the program. (The fee will be used towards the candidate’s extra curricular activities during the program)

Failure to submit the $250 registration fee will lead to forfeiture of the spot to another candidate on the waiting list. 

If accepted the following will be covered by the program: 

  • Housing at a prominent university dormitory
  • Full tuition
  • Meals
  • & Transportation 

Applicants are responsible to pay for the following:

  • R350 (ZAR) Application Fee
  • $250 Registration Fee to Hold the Seat
  • Flights to Istanbul and back

Airline tickets must be purchased and all liability forms must be completed by 30 May 2024.

Submitting a form does not guarantee a spot in the program.
